Where are Tule products made?
We are proud to collaborate with a small community of weavers in Oaxaca, Mexico to create the threads and stories behind Tule. 

Are Tule textiles meant to be used as blankets, throws, or beach towels?
Our textiles are designed for any adventure you can imagine. They are versatile and lightweight, so you can pack your Tule for the perfect picnic or beach day. You can also use your Tule at home to dress your dinner table up, or to add color to your bed or sofa.

What are the care instructions for Tule textiles?
Machine wash in cold water using the gentle cycle and mild detergent. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean. Low tumble dry is ok, but not recommended.

Why are my textiles not the exact size or color as advertised?
We work with exceptional artisans to guarantee the quality and individuality of all our products. However, as a result of the handcrafted nature of our products, sometimes they’ll have slight variations in color and/or size. 

We do our best to make sure all handmade products are within the same size characteristics described on our Website. And, we hope that you appreciate the variations that make each product unique, as much as we do.

Ordering And Shipping

Which payment methods does Tule accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?
We can only change or cancel orders that have not been processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at support@tuletheshop.com.

How fast are Tule orders shipped?
Orders are shipped 1-3 business days after placed. We ship on regular business days. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the following business day. 

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your purchase, including tracking information.

Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, if your order hasn't been shipped. Please email us to support@tuletheshop.com to notify us of the new shipping address. If the order has already been shipped out, unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate your request. 

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to all the United States and any address globally that’s serviced by UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS. In the event that your country is not supported, we will contact you as soon as possible. 

Returns And Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?
Please refer to our Return And Exchange Policy for more details.  At this time, exchanges can only be processed as returns. 

Can I get a refund if my order is late?
As a small business, we make everything in our hands to ensure that your order arrives according to the estimated shipping times we provided. Please note that we can only refund orders that exceed our quoted shipping time by 15 business days.
